Raagii Semiya / Kelvaragu Vermicilli
The word vermicelli is borrowed from Italians.
In Tamil we call it as semiya.
Ragi Vermicelli consists of Kelvaragu and a minor portion of Wheat flour.
The Ragi semiya would make a perfect dish for Ragi upma or even a sweet dish using milk and jaggery.
