Native Red Rice Kanji/Kichdi Mix
Kichdi Mix is prepared using native Samba rice. The other ingredients used for Kanji/Kichdi preparation are Moong Dhal, Pepper, Jeeragham and Fenugreek
Easy to cook and healthy to eat under organic label.
Preparation- Add 6 measures of water to the mix and incase of Kanji add 4 measures of water if its a Kichdi preparation. Vegetables can be added for extra taste by cutting into fine pieces. Now place all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and allow 5 whistles in case of Kanji and 4 whistles to blow in case of Kichdi. Then switch off the stove. After 10 minutes remove the mix from pressure cooker and add salt for taste and serve it hot.
